Ibis London City - Shoreditch

Excellent place with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a relaxing bar area. I appreciated the staff printing my documents during my first stay. Definitely coming back for Christmas!

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good.

Location is convenient for visiting London, but quite dirty and I perceived it as dangerous, especially at night.

The rooms are functional and great modern, have big bathroom.

A cool place, would stay here again. This hotel offers an amazing breakfast. I'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with very comfortable beds, the bathroom plus a great view was not a problem. The staff is attentive, perfect.

The friendliness of the hotel staff was exceptional. The rooms were a good size. We did not have time to eat in the restaurant this time but we have before and it was very good. The bar had a nice friendly atmosphere and was always very busy. We have stayed here a couple of times and will do so again as it is very close to St Marys, University of London where our daughter is a student.

The friendliness and the support of the staff were exceptional at all times. The rooms were in a reasonable size and comfortable, clean in comparison to other London hotels. Very easy access (only one stop) from Liverpool underground station to Aldgate east. Bus stop right outside the front doors. Hotel is the right next to Aldgate East subway station .The restaurant and the bar very convenient. Prices were not expensive. Open buffet breakfast above average. I would stay here again since its convenience.

The relationship quality-price is very good in this hotel. Ibis is what you would expect in every place of the world, there are no bad surprises.

The room was cozy, but shower pressure was too low.

The staff was friendly.

This hotel was very, very poor in quality. The bed was uncomfortable and it was seriously lacking in necessary amenities. You had to pay 10pound for 24 hours of Wifi with no roll over.. So if you don't use it, you just wasted your money. If you are an American travelling around like me... 20$ for wifi is certainly not worth it. When travelling abroad the internet is crucial for checking to see where you are going, how to get there, and valuable information on your destination. We were staying 6 days there and that would of added up to 120$ worth of internet if we had chose to buy it. It very much inconvenienced us. Oh, and no mini fridge... Very frustrating for the low budget traveler!!!!

It is very well located! Metro, bus, tower bridge and Liverpool Street.

The cleaning of the room was very very poor. The bed sheets were not changed in a stay of 3 nights and food left overs from dinner were not removed.

Nice clean hotel - hard to find with the construction right in front of the hotel when coming out of the underground.
